Most orders ship within 4 - 5 Business Days.  Standard shipping typically takes 6-7 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

 RETURN TO SENDER OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender.

Any package that is returned to NicholesGifts or has tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded.

How do I start a return?

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! We're happy to help you exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
